We prode ourselves on an express phone repair service. Most of the devices can be repaired in within 30 minutes, while some devices can take 2-3 hours. We provide same day service but sometimes the repair can take up to 24 hours.

There is a 6 months warranty on most device repairs. Please check our terms and conditions for more details.

By using most of third party repair services voids manufacture warranty on using our service can void your manufacturer’s warranty. We provide our own warranty for all our repairs. For more details please ask Tech Expert for more info when collecting your device.

Although we are an alternative repair service to Apple, we use the best available compatible screen/parts on the market. Our parts are tested by our team to ensure durability and safety. We provide OEM and replacement parts for Samsung and Google devices. Our all repair comes with 6 month warranty.

Your device is safe with us and we strongly understand Your Privacy. We always recommended that you back up your device and reset back to the factory settings before hand for security purposes. Also we understand Your Privacy and we never ask or take your passcode for your Device. We test the device on arrival and test on collection (In Your Presence). We take customer Privacy very serious. We will not have any access to your device data while it’s getting fixed.
