  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt/ invoice or proof of payment will be required for refund requests.

  • The device will need to be returned   My Phone Repair for evaluation by our technicians.

Evaluation and Resolution:

  • Our skilled technicians will assess the device to determine if the issue is related to the original repair.

  • If it is determined that the repair was not successful or the issue is due to our workmanship, a refund may be granted.

  • In certain cases, we may offer to reattempt the repair or provide an alternative solution before considering a refund.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once the customer's complaint has been raised and the refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the customer's complaint has been raised and the eligibility for a refund has been confirmed.

Refund Options:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the repair service.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative refund method will be discussed with the customer.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Diagnostic fees, if applicable, are non-refundable as they cover the evaluation and assessment of the device.

  • Any additional parts or components purchased for the repair will not be eligible for a refund.

Limited Warranty:

  • Our repairs are covered by a limited warranty, which ensures that the repaired issue will not reoccur within a specific period.

  • If the repaired issue resurfaces within the warranty period, customers are encouraged to contact us for further assistance.
